Chris Metcalfe
Product Leader. Systems Thinker.
Chris is a former product executive turned organisational strategist. He’s led product and HR tech teams at Workday, Docebo, and Primark, and created the widely read blog The Operating Model. At PX as a Product, he helps People teams build clarity, capability, and cohesion, through systems, not slide decks.


Samantha Murray
CX Architect. Brand Strategist. Alignment-Driven Operator.
Samantha is a senior GTM and CX strategist with a decade of experience helping high-growth orgs scale. She’s held leadership roles at Shopify and Docebo and now advises orgs on aligning strategy, message, and experience. At PX as a Product, she helps leaders shift from intention to execution with clarity and impact.
